"(Pole bean) An excellent all-around pole bean. The red-streaked pods are crispy and supple as fresh snap beans, and if left to mature the large beans are also great in the fresh shelling or dry stages. It came my way a few years ago from Will Bonsall of Maine, and it has quickly found a place in our hearts!"
